What the availability analysis means
Standby availability tells you what a member can search and book for selected dates. Flex is a separate inventory. A home listed for Standby may also appear there, so a Standby listing alone cannot show whether a longer stay is protected from a bump.
Hello Landing Analyzer compares both views for the same home and dates. When the data supports it, the tool shows a possible Flex block and a checkout hint. These are inferences from observed listings, not confirmed reservations or guarantees. Missing or incomplete search results leave the risk unclear.
You can also browse previously observed buildings before starting a search. Public search works without an account; private monitors for changes are available to select signed-in users.
